This hotel offers absolutely fantastic rooms with coffee and a very large patio, as for instance;)))

I recently stayed at Best Western in Sorrento and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Mr. Antonio, were polite and always went above and beyond to help. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right in front and a shuttle bus to the city center. The well-equipped rooms were spacious and offered beautiful views. The pool was a great place to relax, and the handy shuttle made it easy to explore the area.

It's a nice place to relax, there is a nice pool and the food is prepared very well.

The bed was not comfortable, the mattress are too firm.

The hotel offers few services which are for us, the most important things about this hotel was the large room. it was extremely clean, they even actually cleaned it twice a day, once during day time and again when we went out for dinner they made the beds again. Bath was big and very clean. the staff and the manager are very very nice and worm. Also this hotel offers free wifi, free shuttle bus to town center (8 minutes drive) and free parking, all are crucial in Sorrento. Breakfast was very good and rich.

The hotel was clean with great and fab location everywhere in the restaurant and airy rooms. Location: the venue was near the local bay and a splendid cove with a selection of good restaurants and the entertainment on 3 nights.

It had quite hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Greatly enjoyed the way my family room was arranged with a balcony and a terrace, for instance. The morning meal was warm and comprehensive with pastries and scrambled eggs, for example...

We found a hidden gem that took us back in time. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms were impeccably clean. Our room had a huge balcony with a stunning sea view. The location was a bit of a distance from the town, but the hotel provided a free bus service, making it convenient to explore. We also discovered a delightful cove with great restaurants just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options for all dietary needs.

One downside was the lack of accessibility for people with mobility issues. The hotel had steep hills and stairs, making it challenging for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.

The managers and staff at the hotel are excellent, efficient, effective and professional in every way - but fun-loving and very pleasantly personal too. We felt like valued members of their "family". The breakfast and cuisine at the restaurant and poolside bar was outstanding.

We have absolutely no negative comments about the hotel or its staff. Our stay was superb!

La Solara was a good hotel near Sorrento. The rooms were fine although they stuck us in a room at the far back with a view of the pool. We would much rather have had a view of the Amalfi Coast. The pool was quite nice and there was a buffet breakfast but the food was not nearly as fresh as in other hotels in Italy. They provided a shuttle bus in to town which ran every hour and brought guests back to the hotel from a designated meeting place.

The hotel was fine. It needs a little sprucing up. The rooms were old and tired looking. It would have been better if the shuttle bus ran every half hour and provided a more frequent service. The breakfast was also just O.K.

Stunning coastal views, friendly staff, regular shuttle to town, well-equipped rooms, great pool, fabulous complimentary breakfast.

Not one thing.

We loved the family-run feel, kind staff, and professional service. The breakfasts were great and the pool area was clean and spacious. The shuttle bus to Sorrento was a real asset, and the view from the hotel was fantastic.

Couldn't stay longer

The hotel is perfectly located on the hills of Sorrento, offering a stunning view of the bay of Naples & the Amalfi Coast. The staff, especially Massimo at the reception, was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with well-equipped amenities. The hotel facilities, including the heated pool, were great. The free shuttle service to the busy center of the city was very convenient.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I gotta say, we got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the seaside and hills. The location was perfect for us, away from the noisy city center but still easily accessible with the free shuttle bus. And let's not forget about the staff - they were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Kudos to them for making our stay so enjoyable!

Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement, maybe more variety or some fresh fruit options. But honestly, that's the only thing I can think of that could have been better.

Stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed everything. The staff in particular are absoultely adoreable and will do everything to ensure your stay is a memorable one.

The friendliness and committment of the staff made the stay extra special. It was by far the best value hotel I have stayed in out of hundreds.
